Ambassador Program

The ADP Ambassador Program gives dancers the opportunity to step into leadership and mentorship—while creating an extraordinary experience for our youngest dancers as well.

Each week, Ambassadors assist in classes alongside our faculty, building meaningful connections with younger dancers as they begin their dance journey. For our littlest ADP dancers, Ambassadors become trusted role models—offering encouragement, guidance, and a familiar, friendly face that helps them feel confident, supported, and excited to be in the studio.

Beyond the classroom, Ambassadors represent ADP with pride through studio events, community outreach initiatives, and fundraising efforts. These experiences deepen their leadership skills while reinforcing the values of teamwork, responsibility, and service that define our studio culture.
Through the Ambassador Program, older dancers grow into confident, compassionate leaders—while younger dancers benefit from mentorship, inspiration, and a strong sense of belonging. It’s one of the many ways ADP fosters connection across ages and builds a community where every dancer feels seen, supported, and inspired.

The Oh so Chic Boutique!

The ADP Boutique is more than a shop — it’s a hub of connection, creativity, and community within our studio. Throughout the year, the Boutique comes alive with themed events that bring dancers and families together in fun, meaningful ways.

From our fall “Boo-tique Bun Contest,” where dancers show off their spookiest (and silliest!) hairstyles, to our winter “Snowflake Station,” where students decorate snowflakes that fill the studio with holiday cheer, each event celebrates the joy and spirit that make ADP so special.

These small but heartfelt moments connect dancers of all ages, create memories beyond class, and remind everyone that at ADP, we’re not just a studio — we’re a family that loves to celebrate together.

ADP & Blythedale

For the past decade, Artistry Dance Project has proudly partnered with Blythedale Children’s Hospital, a place where hope, healing, and heart come together. What began in 2015 as a small studio performance to give back during the holidays has since grown into a deeply cherished annual tradition!

Each year, our dancers, faculty, and families unite to raise funds and awareness for the incredible children receiving care at Blythedale. Through dance, creativity, and community spirit, our ADP Family has raised over $500,000 to date, supporting essential programs and services that help young patients thrive.

2025 marked our 10th anniversary of this special partnership — a milestone that reflects not only the generosity of our families, but also the heart of who we are as a studio. At ADP, our mission extends beyond the stage. We believe in teaching our dancers that their art can make a difference, that kindness matters, and that when we come together, we can create something truly extraordinary.

ADP's Annual Holiday Show

Each December, Artistry Dance Project’s dancers take the stage for one of our most meaningful traditions — the Holiday Show for Blythedale Children’s Hospital.

More than a performance, the Holiday Show is an opportunity for our dancers to share their talents in the spirit of giving. All proceeds directly benefit the children and families at Blythedale Children’s Hospital, helping provide vital care and programs for children with complex medical needs.

Over the past decade, this event has raised over $500,000, uniting our dancers, families, and community in a powerful reminder of what it means to give back. Every year we honor the heart, hope, and togetherness that make this tradition such a defining part of ADP’s story.

Blythedale's Annual 5K

Each spring, the ADP Family proudly laces up to participate in the Blythedale 5K, an inspiring community event that raises funds and awareness for the incredible children receiving care at Blythedale Children’s Hospital.

Since its start in 2020, this event has become a powerful extension of our studio’s mission to give back — bringing together dancers, parents, and faculty to make a difference beyond the stage.

From cheering each other on at the starting line to crossing the finish line as one team, our dancers experience firsthand the joy of compassion, teamwork, and purpose. Together, we are reminded that when our ADP Family moves with heart, we can help change lives — one step, one dancer, and one community at a time.

Kids Helping Kids!

Through their involvement with Blythedale, our dancers have witnessed the power of giving back in real time. They’ve met extraordinary children whose strength and spirit have left lasting impressions, teaching lessons that extend far beyond the stage. Many have found ways to carry that inspiration forward — from dancers who’ve donated their Sweet Sixteen gifts to Blythedale, to alumni who have gone on to pursue careers in nursing, occupational therapy, and pediatric care.

This partnership has shown our dancers that their art can be a force for good, and that kindness, empathy, and community are just as valuable as any step they learn in the studio. The experience of giving back through dance continues to shape the hearts and futures of every member of our ADP Family.
