Company Programs

At ADP, our Company Programs are designed for dancers who are ready to take their training beyond the classroom and into the world of performance, teamwork, and artistic growth. These programs provide dancers with the opportunity to train at a higher level, perform on stage more often, and be part of a close-knit team that celebrates hard work and community.

Apprentice Company Program

ADP’s Apprentice Company is a weekly training program designed for dancers who are ready for increased focus, structure, and performance experience. Apprentice dancers enjoy an additional performance opportunity alongside our Premiere and Elite Companies in a supportive, age-appropriate environment that emphasizes confidence, consistency, and a strong foundation in technique. This program is ideal for dancers who are eager to challenge themselves, build independence in the classroom, and experience a deeper level of commitment within the ADP community.

ADP’s Premiere Company is a competitive team designed for dancers who are ready to explore competitive dance while continuing to build strong technical foundations. Premiere dancers perform and attend competitions throughout the season in a supportive, structured environment that emphasizes growth, teamwork, and confidence—while maintaining the joy of dance.

Elite Company

ADP’s Elite Company is our highest-level competitive team, offering advanced training and the opportunity to perform and compete throughout the season. Dancers are challenged to grow technically and artistically while being supported by passionate faculty in a family-centered environment that values effort, progress, and individuality. Through meaningful traditions like our Big/Little program, dancers form connections across ages, learn from one another, and experience the joy of working toward shared goals. Elite Company dancers are pushed to be their best—while feeling supported, inspired, and proud to be part of the ADP family.
